November 30, 1930

It was a chilly rainy night at Luna town. A small little town that’s very quiet and almost peaceful, but not this night it isn't. The police were at a stake out, watching for the thieves to come out and be discovered. They set up a fake necklace that looked just like one of the necklaces of Cleopatra. A young girl walked up to the glass case, and took out a glowing red stone. She clapped her hands and broke the glass case. Then the police came out with her companion.

It was her twin brother, he screamed for her to run without the necklace. They were going to be arrested and killed. She ran out of the museum and into the dark streets of Luna town. There were police sirens everywhere.  The whole town was blocked by the police; there was no way out. The poor young woman was panicking to escape, just then the police showed up with her mother and father. Her brother was running away from the police, but when he saw her. He ran towards her.

“We can’t fight this anymore! They caught us! We can’t run away!” The young woman’s face became sad as the pouring rain fell on them. The boy whispered to his sister his “last words”.

“See you later babe”

“See ya” She whispered. The twins clapped their hands once and then in each of their hands appeared a knife, their parents then knew what they were gonna do. They didn't even bother trying to stop them.They stabbed themselves, and fell on the floor with blood, sweat and tears.

Although people thought they were dead. They weren’t, they still live amongst the people in Luna town. Which now they believe is a curse.

October 14th, 2007  

Watching the roads go by, and the trees too. The sky doesn't move at all, but it changes color. From blue to light sunset. Edward's eyes were nearly closed as he watched them go by. The radio was playing a soft melody while Ed's older brother drove to their new home town, Luna Town .

"Nick, are we there yet?" Ed whined

"No, now go to sleep."

Ed sighed and tried to sleep again. He was 16 years old and lived with his older brother. His parents died in an airplane accident. Nick dropped out of High School and got a job to work for his little brother. Ed was curious about where he was going to live. He wondered if he was going to make any friends, or meet someone he would like. Or maybe that Nick would finally find a woman to distract him. Nick was way too over protected of him.

It was Ed's first day of Luna High School . He looked out his window, to see his new town. They were trains going in and out of Luna Train station. Kids laughing and running to school. Teenagers driving with loud music and people off to work. Ed was a little nervous about his first day of school.

"Ed! Hurry up I gotta take you to school."

"Coming Nick." Ed ran down stairs and went to the car.

A few minutes later Nick reached Luna High School . Ed felt like if he was going to throw up. Nick told him that everything would be ok and to have fun. Ed still felt uneasy.

"Bye Nick, I love you"

"Love ya too" And he drove off.

Ed walked inside of the large School. The kids were looking at him in a grudging look on their faces, but some were waving at him. He waved back to them. They were all in uniforms. Blue mini skirts and either long sleeve or short sleeved shirts for the girls. Black Pants and white shirts for the boys.

Ed's first class was History. He looked for his class room through the shallow halls of the school. He was really confused and he was too shy to ask someone to help him. The poor brunette was going to be late on his first day.

While Ed was worried about being late, someone bumped into him. Ed was now on the floor with the person on top of him. He looked up to see who it was and maybe ask directions. It was a girl about his age, with medium black hair and olive green eyes.

“Uh…I’m sorry!”

“It’s…ok…uh could you get off please...” Ed asked nervously.

“Sorry again…” She got off of Ed, revealing her entire legs to Ed. Ed tried not to look but his eyes couldn’t resist, after all he was a guy. The girl pulled her mini skirt down, when she saw Ed looking at her.

“Pervert! Stop looking at me like that!”

“Sorry, I got carried away.” He rubbed the back of his head in shame.

“Well by looks of it, you’re a new kid aren’t you?”

“Yes, I am.” Ed got up.

“Are you lost?”

“I dunno what do you think?” Ed said sarcastically.

“Sorry for being a little slow, may I see your schedule?” She asked politely

“Sure…” Ed gave her his schedule.

“Your name is Edward Strife, and you’re in the 11th grade.”

“Yeah, what’s your name?”

“Lluuvia Montalvo” She said as she was reading his schedule.

“Lluuvia?...” Ed asked confusingly

“It means “rain” in Spanish.”

“That’s a beautiful name.”

“Thanks” She said smiling, as she kept on reading. After a few moments of silence, Lluuvia knew his where his classes are.

“Ok surprisingly, you and I almost have the same classes. You just gotta pick an elective, and your okay for the rest of the year.” She handed his schedule back.

“An elective? What kinds do they have here?”

“Well there’s Intro to art, engineering, alchemy, cooking” Ed suddenly interrupted Lluuvia.

“Wait! There’s alchemy here?!”

“Yeah…It’s been here for like… 79 years to be exact. You want to take that?...”

“Of Course! I’m dying to learn it.”

“Cool, ‘cause I’m in the same class too” The bell rang for first period, Lluuvia and Ed were late. Lluuvia told Ed not to worry because he was a new kid. Together they walked to History.
